Introducing core member: Ros

Hello! I joined Sussex Cohousing in the Spring of 2013 because I want to live sustainably and communally.

I lived in a co-operative in Switzerland for 2 years and loved the atmosphere, skills sharing and relationships I built there. It was just a wonderful, magical way of life.

My main skills lie in communication (real listening, congruence, empathy), administration, organisation and facilitation. I also bring to the group a very strong work ethic, a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to finding delicious dessert recipes that won't rot your insides.

I'm particularly interested in methods of governance, conflict resolution and non-violent communication and in traditional and self- building.
